Standoffs continue in Mumbai as soldiers storm Jewish center – CNN.com.

I somehow found myself on the mailing list of the local Chabad and never removed myself… so I’ve been getting emails about this situation ever since it started. I guess the Israelis lost touch with the rabbi a few hours after this whole catastrophe started, and they haven’t heard from him since. Thankfully the baby escaped with somebody who works at the house – I can only hope his parents are safe as well. But given how much terrorists love Jews… I don’t have much hope.

Interestingly, the Indian government is refusing aid from the Israelis – including humanitarian, ingelligence, and military aid – in dealing with this crisis. Not really sure what to make of that.

Who allowed this woman to anchor the news show before Fredricka Whitfield. I’m not sure of her name, but she came across as being upity. First she seemed to scold the person in India who was obviously elated with joy that the incicent was coming to a close, next she make the sny comment that the phone connection was bad because of the computer system, being dell located in India. I was laying in bed half asleep when I heard her and have to comment that it woke me up and really disturbed me. If this is the best that CNN can offer in a crisis like this, then I would have to say that I am disappointed to say the least. Is anyone else noticing this?
